The Conference focused on "Transforming White Collar Crime Investigations“, with a strong focus on AI and its use in criminal investigations.
Fabio Roia, President of the Tribunal of Milan, held the Keynote Speech on the relationship between judicial information and freedom of the press.
The evening reception took place on the lovely green Terrazza Palestro.

The 2023 EFCL conference took place on 16 June at the JW Marriott Hotel in Frankfurt, Germany.
The Conference focused on "White Collar Crime and Takeovers", hosting lively presentations and discussions about detection, investigation and resolution in a takeover situation that becomes problematic.
Karin Matussek, German Legal Affairs Correspondent for Bloomberg opened with a keynote presentation on business crime prosecution in Germany.
The evening reception took place on the cosy terrace of Elaine's Deli.
